The Art Of How To Hypnotize Someone

The Art Of How To Hypnotize Someone
When most people think of hypnosis, two things usually come to mind. * Stage hypnosis - we've all either been to a live show or seen one on TV where the hypnotist gets people form the audience to come up on the stage and do all sorts of crazy things such as barking like a dog or men giving birth to babies. The stage hypnotist knows HOW TO HYPNOTIZE SOMEONE quickly but what they usually don't show on TV is the selection process. Out of all the people that get up on stage, the hypnotist will only select the ones who can go under quickly and deeply. The rest are rejected. This type of hypnosis is quite dramatic and purely for entertainment purposes * Clinical hypnosis - this is done by a trained psychologist or hypnotherapist in a clinical setting for the purpose of helping the patient overcome some problem, such as quitting smoking, losing weight or accessing memories to identify the root cause of some behavioral problem. This type of hypnosis usually involves the patient lying down or sitting in a chair, completely relaxing and losing awareness of their external environment. Both of the above forms of hypnosis require consent and a high degree of cooperation from the subject for them to work. However, the fundamental concept of hypnosis is much broader than just stage or clinical hypnosis. The actual definition of hypnosis is simply a process wherein the critical thinking faculties of the mind are suppressed to establish selective thinking and perception. Effectively, the defences of the conscious mind are bypassed to heighten suggestibility and allow direct access to the subconscious mind. Hypnosis is not unnatural but is something that happens to us on a daily basis. Any time we're highly focussed on something (whether it be watching a TV show or being lost in our thoughts about something) we're actually in a light trance and this is a form of hypnosis. Advertisers certainly know how to hypnotize someone to influence their purchasing behavior. Why do you think it is that companies are willing to spend billions and billions of dollars on advertising? Would they do that if it didn't work? Of course not! Advertisers know that they can induce a light trance through TV advertising, either by showing something interesting that will attract the focus of the viewer or by showing something repetitive that will dull the conscious mind into submission. Then, once a light trance is induced, the advertising message can be planted into the subconscious mind and your behavior can be influenced without you even knowing about it. We go in and out of trance states all day long. Some people would argue that by just communicating with others, we 're performing hypnosis on them. Have you ever been in a "deep and meaningful" conversation with someone? If you think back to the last time you had a D">how to hypnotize someone often use "conversational hypnosis" techniques to hypnotize someone in a subtle way. Some people do this naturally without knowing what they're doing whereas others know exactly what they're doing and have a whole bag of tricks to use. We usually refer to these people as "persuasive" or "influential" because they just seem to be able to get people to do what they want, even if it's not logical. There are no barking dogs or men giving birth to babies - it's much more subtle than that but, at the end of the day, it's a form of light hypnosis because it involves bypassing the normal critical thinking faculties of the mind and planting suggestions or, as neuro linguistic programming refers to it, "embedded commands". In an everyday situation, you're not going to be able to get someone to do something that conflicts with their morals or fundamental beliefs, but it can work within those boundaries. Knowing how to hypnotize someone is not only a useful persuasion tool but is just as useful for defending yourself against somebody using the same techniques against you. If you're aware of what's happning, you can do something about it. Hypnosis is a fascinating subject and well worth learning about. A wealth of information can be found by CLICKING HERE.
