I can personally tell you that,
Kratom > Kava Kava ~= Alcohol
I can't comment on GHB, but assuming it's an antidepressant like Paxil or Cipralex, it's not good for "game".
Definitely if you drive, I wouldn't recommended Kava Kava or Alcohol or High Doses of Kratom for obvious reasons.
That being said, there is a herb out there called "Kratom" which definitely can calm down your nerves intensely, even more powerfully than another herb I've recommended in the past called "Passionflower".

Now even if they affiliate market, and try to lie and make money off their affiliate selling of Kratom, I PERSONALLY have used Kratom and can tell you, that is can make an EXTREME difference on your motivation, focus, concentration, feeling godlike, and definitely you will quite arguably have one of your most pumped days while on it. Accept the fact that it happened and move on.Overall, being outcome dependent produces a "what if" mentality. There is no "What if?" there is only "What now?"
